Adjustment

The lateral lens position and nose bridge height are both micro-adjustable whilst on the face.

These real-time fingertip adjustments can be made quickly between shots without changing your shooting position. Discover with ease which positioning delivers the best improvements to your target accuracy.

  • Off the face, the Allen key is used to alter the height, tilt, and rotation of the lens, further personalising the glasses to the exact specifications of the shooter’s face and eye line.
  • The spring-loaded titanium and silicone sides are adjustable in length with a simple twisting motion to ensure a secure and comfortable fit for all head sizes.
  • Adapt to changing light conditions and avoid glare by flicking between an ISSF compliant grey or translucent blinder.

For complete on-face adjustability consider Champion’s Super Olympic model – designed for the perfectionist elite shooter.

Archers should consider the Olympic Champion Archer.

For a complete fit on smaller heads, see the Women and Junior Olympic Champion model.

Tech Info

These technical Swiss made glasses allow the lens to be placed in the optimal position for shooting, parallel to the rear sight and perpendicular to the line of vision. A well thought out combination of fingertip and Allen key adjustments make this the most popular model we sell, offering a high level of adjustability without the price tag of the Super Olympic model.

  • Super-lightweight titanium frame for superior comfort
  • Silicone nosepiece for optimal fit and comfort.
  • Spring-loaded adjustable-length titanium sides.
  • Silicone curl ends to the frame sides for extra comfort behind the ears. These can be rotated to enhance the secure fit of the glasses.
  • ISSF compliant double eye blinder (grey and translucent) for the non-shooting eye. Used to aid your focus by reducing glare and distractions across different light conditions.
  • All Champion shooting glasses come with a sturdy hard case with space for extra lenses and accessories.
  • Allen key included.

Options:

  • Choose between lens holder sizes: 25mm rifle lens, 32mm universal lens, 42mm pistol lens.

The service received was outstanding and using my lens in target glasses for .22 and lens holder on my. 308 is certainly helping tighten my groupings. Totally recommended!

Having being shooting for over 40 years across various disciplines ... I always considered myself having reasonably good eye sight...

I recently acquired a pair of shooting glasses from J.H.Stewards and have been truly amazed with the results and how my personal scores have improved.

DO NOT DELETE
Your written prescription from your optician is a record of the visual correction that your eyesight requires. This will be noted with a series of numbers preceded by a plus (+) or minus (-) sign.

Minus (-) means you are short sighted (Myopic) i.e. you can see close up but objects viewed in the distance appear blurred. And plus (+) means you are long sighted (Hyperopic) i.e. objects viewed close up may be out of focus.

Astigmatism: This is where the curvature of the front surface of the eye is not perfectly round. Your vision will be blurred at most distances if the astigmatism is significant. A correction for astigmatism will be recorded in the ‘Cylinder’ and ‘Axis’ part of the prescription. Axis is simply an angle, at which the Cylindrical power of your lens sits. This angle is measured in degrees (1 degree to 180 degrees)

Presbyopia: This is where the lens inside your eyes loses its flexibility so that focusing on objects close up becomes difficult. It is part of the natural ageing process of the eye and usually affects people in their mid 40s. A correction for presbyopia will be recorded in the ‘Near’ and ‘Intermediate’ part of the prescription.

It is common to have no values for any one of the prescription sections, in which case you might see the letters “PL” or “plano” which means zero.

I don't have my prescription to hand, can I still order?
Yes!  If you do not have your prescription to hand, simply select "send later". After your order is completed, our team will be in touch to take your prescription details.
I am confused by my prescription, can you read it for me?

Yes, this is not a problem.

When ordering your glasses, you are asked for your prescription details.

Simply select "attach image", to send us a photo. We can then read your prescription from the paperwork.

Single-Vision lenses sharpen your focus whilst taking aim and shooting. Bifocal lenses sharpen your focus on both nearby and far away objects.

Benefits of Bifocal Lenses

Target shooting competitors benefit from a second lens on the non-shooting eye, allowing clear focus when adjusting sights and marking scores.

Clay & Game Shooters benefit from a small region at the bottom of the lens which allows clear focus when re-loading and marking scores.
